Base Scope

The Base Scope of Work  area is identified as the "L" shape which is defined from the SE corner of the building to the left side of the Loading Dock, and the West Wall. These two areas is where Prep and Exterior Painting will occur on the stucco/masonry protion of the wall. This also includes the railing along the ramp located in this area. The West wall also has the small stucco repair, door frame repair and the exterior door and door hinge replacement.
