Chemical cleaning with chlorine to kill mold and loosen old paint (Only Where needed)
High-powered pressure washing to further clean and expose cracks
All cracks, holes, and peeling paint scraped, sanded, caulked, filled/patched, and primed as needed
Masking, paper, plastic, and shielding for over-spray & splatter protection

This due to the paint starting to fail across the entire building including the metal siding.
The building is in need of cleaning, sealing and painting. The chalkiness can lead to other maintenance issues and should be addressed. There are several cracks and divots that need repair and we will take care of those as well. Caulking around all the doors and windows is also needed and will be done.
We will Apply a protective coating: To prevent future chalkiness and protect the masonry and metal siding from weathering and other environmental factors, the protective coating that will be be applied is Loxon Masonry Sealer will be used to help extend the lifespan of the masonry and metal siding to prevent the need for future repairs.
